Otherwise, feel free to send us an email at email@example.com or use the Contact Us button to leave us a message on our site. Please remember to include your Name, Contact Number, Email, and the Order # with your inquiry.
We DO NOT refund transactions on juice. If it was a major issue, please Contact Us.
We can only refund unopened and unused hardware (Coils, Box Mods, Starter Kits, Accessories, Mech Mods, Atomizers, etc.) within 14 days of product arrival.
Should there be any Manufacturer Defects, and the product was opened, please notify us within 72 hours of the product arrival about the issue, otherwise, there will be no refund offered.
Shipping Charges on the return of defective items are paid by the customer. ALL PARTS OF DEVICE MUST BE INCLUDED OR ELSE THE RETURN/EXCHANGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DECLINED.
