Our Online Support Hours are: Monday-Friday 7am-1pm (PST). If you have any questions and want to give us a call, please feel free to call (951) 394-2489 during the hours listed above and ask for Online Support. Otherwise, feel free to send us an email at email@example.com or use the Contact Us button to leave us a message on our site. Please remember to include your Name, Contact Number, Email, Order #, and reason for contact with your inquiry.
We DO NOT offer exchanges or returns of E-Liquids (including e-Juices in Pre-Filled Pods/Cartridges) under any circumstances. If it was a major issue, please Contact Us.
We only offer refunds for unopened and unused hardware items (Coils, Box Mods, Starter Kits, Accessories, Mech Mods, Atomizers, etc.) that are regularly stocked if they are returned to us within 14 days after the package was initially delivered.
We only offer exchanges of products that have Manufacturer Defects if the product is regularly stocked. We do not offer any exchanges on Defective Products that are not regularly stocked (i.e. Clearance Items). Should there be any Manufacturer Defects, please notify us within 72 hours of the product arrival about the issue, otherwise, no exchange will be offered. Defective products may only be exchanged for a product of the same type/model unless otherwise offered by a customer service representative.
Shipping Charges on the return of defective/unopened items are paid by the customer. ALL PARTS OF DEVICE MUST BE INCLUDED OR ELSE THE RETURN/EXCHANGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DECLINED.
